Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of physical and mental health and withdrawal history.
• Develop individualized plans with the team.
• Administer medications and monitor responses with provider collaboration.
• Observe and document withdrawal progress and vital signs.
• Educate patient on withdrawal process and relapse prevention.
• Collaborate with nursing assistants to ensure compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and stabilize patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and progress notes.
• Stay current with withdrawal protocols and nursing practices.
