Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Assist in coordinating resident admission, including screening and care needs.
• Ensure care is delivered per resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other providers.
• Document and report care provided and resident changes.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures.
