Job summary

CACI seeks an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Trainer in Springfield, VA to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for NOC staff. You will create materials, run sessions, and design curricula to ensure staff proficiency in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our network infrastructure.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in technical training, and strong knowledge of network protocols.

Qualifications

5+ years' related work experience.
Proven record of developing and delivering technical training programs.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Experience with remote training tools and virtual classrooms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain training materials and lesson plans for NOC procedures and best practices.
Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for NOC staff.
Assess training needs and design curricula to address skill gaps.
Stay up-to-date with network technologies and trends to keep content relevant.
Collaborate with NOC managers to identify areas for improvement in staff performance.
Create and administer tests to evaluate trainee comprehension and skills.
