Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking a hands-on NOC/Network Engineer with 3–7 years of telecom/service-provider experience. The role emphasizes DWDM/Wavelength expertise, Hosted PBX/Voice/SIP, and multi-vendor coordination in a 24/7 NOC setting.

You will troubleshoot, monitor, and escalate network issues across Cisco/Juniper/Ciena/Fortinet environments, coordinating with vendors to ensure reliability and performance. CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA or similar certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of telecom/service-provider experience.
• Hands-on DWDM/Wavelength experience is required.
• Experience with Hosted PBX, Voice/SIP, and telecom networks.
• Knowledge of Cisco/Juniper/Ciena/Fortinet devices is preferred.
• Strong network troubleshooting, monitoring, escalation, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a 24/7 NOC environment; shifts are available.
• Troubleshoot and escalate telecom/network issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors for problem resolution and replacements.
• Monitor network health and performance across multiple vendors and services.
