NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on NOC/Network Engineer with telecom/service-provider experience. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate complex network issues across DWDM, VoIP, and related systems.
Expect work with Cisco/Juniper/Ciena/Fortinet gear, vendor coordination, and support for Hosted PBX and SIP services. CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA or similar certifications are preferred. This is a dynamic role with growth opportunities.

- Hands-on DWDM/Wavelength experience is required.

Job description
We are seeking a hands-on NOC/Network Engineer with 3–7 years of telecom/service-provider experience.
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on DWDM/Wavelength experience – MUST HAVE
- Experience with Hosted PBX, Voice/SIP, and telecom networks
- Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, and/or Fortinet experience
- Strong network troubleshooting, monitoring, escalation, and vendor coordination
- CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA or similar certifications preferred
