Job summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Flexible availability across tours, primarily Mids (11p-7a) and Swings (3p-11p).
• Hands‑on experience with fiber services delivery, including DS1, SES, etc.
• Manage acquisition, installation, and maintenance of the organization’s LAN and WAN.
• Monitor performance and security of fiber networks and related elements to ensure reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on passive optical networks and support Central Office and Field Technicians to quickly address network degradation or failure.
• Assist with ongoing network maintenance and upgrade initiatives to strengthen the network for future WAN/LAN voice and data solutions.
• Report to Sr. Manager or above.

Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• 5‑7 years of experience in a NOC or network transport environment.
• Previous NOC experience preferred.
