Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a cleared NOC/SOC Lead to direct combined network and security operations in support of DoD information systems, with emphasis on RMF and ATO lifecycles.

You will lead monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management while producing evidence and compliance outputs for system authorizations. This role requires a Top Secret/SCI-eligible background, 10+ years in IT/IS with RMF/ATO experience, and 3+ years of leadership in cyber operations.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI.
• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years or Master's with 10+ years.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT III or IAM II certification.
• 10+ years IT/IS with RMF/ATO experience and 3+ years leading cybersecurity operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day NOC/SOC operations, including network health monitoring and incident triage.
• Lead incident response activities and coordinate with CSSP for timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and escalation matrices.
• Mentor NOC/SOC staff and ensure staff certification compliance.
• Coordinate with ISSMs/ISSOs and stakeholders to support ATO activities.
• Oversee ConMon, vulnerability management, and audit log reviews.
