Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Admitting, transferring and discharging residents.
• Assessment and development of resident care plans.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure adherence to care plans.
• Maintain medicine supply room stock and safety procedures.
• Conduct rounds with physicians as requested and support infection control policies.
