Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Assess resident conditions and update care plans.
• Administer medications per orders and standards.
• Supervise LPNs, Graduate Nurses, and CNAs.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
• Mentor and coach nursing staff.
