Job summary

Orchard Valley Health and Rehabilitation in Hendersonville, TN is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs). You will provide resident-centered care, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with nursing staff to monitor health needs.

We offer diverse shifts (8, 12, and 16 hours), Daily Pay, wage increases, and a supportive team environment focused on dignity and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Willingness to make a difference.
• Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC.
• Current / active CPR certification, preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Record resident vital signs and assist with lifting and moving residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager and ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

Shift Details:
