Job summary

Velocity is a fast-paced technology solutions provider seeking an Operations Administrator to support a 24/7/365 Network Operations Center from Holland, OH on a hybrid basis.

The role analyzes active tickets, reviews historical data for trends, and measures department performance, while preparing clear insights for management and collaborating with Supervisors and Technicians to drive continuous improvement. The position is full-time, with a fixed hybrid schedule in Holland, OH.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in operations, NOC, IT support, quality assurance, or a related role.
• Experience with ticket review, reporting, or data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review active tickets to ensure proper path toward timely and accurate resolution.
• Identify stalled, misrouted, or at-risk tickets and escalate as needed.
• Review historical tickets to identify trends and measure performance of the department.
• Assist in measuring progress toward meeting company and customer expectations.
• Complete quality reviews of reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide management with findings and summaries for the Supervision team and floor management.
• Identify gaps in process, documentation, or ticket handling and suggest improvements.
• Maintain records of reviews, findings, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Technicians, and Operations leadership to ensure consistent service delivery.
