Zachary Piper Solutions in Springfield, VA is seeking a NOC Operations Manager to lead NOC teams, oversee monitoring, incident response, and develop operational procedures. This direct placement role focuses on ensuring continuous coverage and driving process improvements across network operations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in NOC operations, strong leadership, ITIL familiarity, and experience with Splunk, SolarWinds, or Dynatrace. Top Secret clearance eligibility is required or sought.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Networking, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in NOC operations, IT infrastructure, network operations, or network management (preferred).
• Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management processes.
• Experience with Splunk, SolarWinds, or Dynatrace.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, network security principles, and cloud infrastructure environments.
• Experience supporting operational efficiency, team leadership, and infrastructure management within a NOC environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise NOC teams to support monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response activities.

• Develop and maintain NOC procedures, escalation protocols, and operational processes.

Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring a NOC Operations Manager. Responsibilities include leading NOC teams, overseeing network monitoring and incident response, developing operational procedures and escalation processes, ensuring continuous operational coverage, and driving process improvements across network operations. This is a direct placement role located in Springfield, Virginia. The NOC Operations Manager is expected to have experience in network operations, incident management, team leadership, and operational oversight. Compensation for the NOC Operations Manager:

• Salary range: $160,000 - $190,000 *depending on experience*
