Job summary

North Shore Healthcare is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN/LPN) for casual all shifts in Soldiers Grove, WI. The role offers a full-time NOC shift with every 3rd weekend and holiday. New wage scale up to 34/hr for LPN and 44/hr for RN plus shift differentials.

Under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, you will assess, implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring resident safety and quality care while complying with North Shore policies and state nurse practice acts.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license in Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Unit Manager/ADON/DON.
• Assess, implement and evaluate the plan of care for residents.
• Supervise nursing assistants and helpers to ensure resident safety and quality care.
