Job summary

North Shore Healthcare is seeking a Staff Nurse (LPN or RN) for the Full-Time NOC shift at SoldiersGrove Health Services. Eligible for new wage scale up to 34/hour for LPN and 44/hour for RN, plus shift differentials. Requires Wisconsin RN/LPN license and CPR; English proficiency and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities include supervision of nursing staff, adherence to care plans, and maintaining resident safety. Benefits existing for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Wisconsin as RN or LPN.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON and follow the plan of care.
• Administer medications and monitor residents as per policy.
• Supervise nursing assistants and support staff to ensure resident safety.
