Job summary

North Shore Healthcare is seeking a Staff Nurse (LPN or RN) for a full-time NOC shift at SoldiersGrove Health Services, part of the North Shore Healthcare family. The role requires licensure in the state, CPR certification, and the ability to manage care for a resident group during a shift.

New wage scale offers up to $34/hr for LPN and $44/hr for RN, with shift differentials. Every 3rd weekend and holiday work is included.

Qualifications

• Current state RN or LPN license
• CPR certification maintained
• Ability to operate nursing equipment and calculate dosages
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Experience in fast-paced healthcare settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for a group of residents during a shift
• Assess, implement and evaluate the plan of care
• Monitor safety and supervise nursing assistants and helpers
• Adhere to facility policies and state nursing practice acts
• Coordinate with the Unit Manager/ADON/DON and health team
