Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Network Operations Technician Journeyman to support Air Force modernization across CONUS installations. You will triage incidents in a Network Operations Center, resolve IT infrastructure issues, and maintain configuration records for routers, switches, servers, and security systems.

The role requires a technical BA/BS, 5+ years in a NOC, a Secret clearance, and DoD project experience. Certifications such as CCNA or Juniper and ITIL knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Technical BA/BS or equivalent.
• 5+ years as Network Operations Technician in a large, complex NOC.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• DoD project experience preferred; ITIL/ITSM beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Triage incidents and perform network analysis per SOPs.
• Patch systems and apply IAVA updates to routers/switches.
• Maintain configuration documentation for infrastructure.
• Monitor performance and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Provide system administration for assigned infrastructure and ensure security.
