• Experience with Checkpoint, Cisco firewalls, load balancers and WAN accelerators is desirable.
• Experience in scripting and programming skills (Python, Ansible, Terraform) is desirable.
• Formal technical certification such as CCNA/CCNP.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1st/2nd line technical support & incident management.
• Manage operational network maintenance activities.
• Provide monitoring & fault management and remediation of alerts.
• Assist with root cause analysis of incidents.
• Help with establishment of operational procedures & support documentation.
