Qualifications

• Must possess written and oral communication skills in English.
• Must pass California criminal background clearance.
• High school diploma or GED; experience with elderly preferred.
• Health screening including TB test.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Distribute medications according to doctor’s orders and regulations.
• Organize and maintain the medication cart.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Assist in transporting residents and scheduling physician appointments.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned.
• Cross-train as Care Partner I in memory care areas.
