Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking an LVN/LPT Supervisor II for a part-time NOC shift in Riverside, CA. The role supervises the nursing department, coordinates clinical and administrative activities, and directs a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-focused care, including safe medication administration under physician orders.

Qualified candidates will have LVN/LPT graduation with licensure, CPR/BLS, CPI and First Aid certifications, and at least two years of LVN/LPT experience with one year

Qualifications

• Graduation from LVN or LPT program with current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Two years LVN/LPT experience in health care.
• One year supervisory experience; Telecare supervisory training within 12 months if no prior supervision.
• Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days.
• Post-offer checks (physical, TB test, background clearances, license verification) may be required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance in your name; willingness to use company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing department on assigned shift within the designated unit.
• Plan, review, and assess clinical and administrative activities.
• Direct and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to meet client needs.
• Oversee safe administration of medications as prescribed.
