Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a NOC Lead to support a cybersecurity focused team for federal mission environments. This on-site role is based in Manassas, VA and Washington, DC, overseeing 24/7 network operations to ensure availability, performance, and security of enterprise systems.

You will lead incident response, coordinate service restorations, mentor NOC staff, manage change and vendor activities, and drive improvements to meet SLA standards and regulatory requirements for complex IT

Qualifications

5–10 years of IT operations, network operations, or systems administration experience.
2–5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Monitor system, network, and application performance to ensure continuous operational availability.
Lead incident response, manage escalations, and coordinate service restoration across teams.
Supervise and mentor NOC staff, ensuring SOP adherence and effective shift operations.
Oversee change management, maintenance activities, and vendor coordination.
Drive process improvements, reporting, and compliance with SLA and standards.
