Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to monitor campus health signals around the clock and coordinate rapid incident response. You will manage incident timelines, log dispositions, and communications with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and escalations.

This role emphasizes operational process, runbooks, and post‑incident follow‑through across SRE, SiteOps, and Facilities, with a rotating schedule that includes nights and weekends to maintain continuous campus

Qualifications

• Experience in a 24/7 operations environment (NOC, SOC, dispatch, mission control, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to acknowledge, classify, and elevate incidents under SLA in a high-signal environment.
• Experience opening and running incident bridges with stakeholder updates on a fixed cadence and live timeline hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Staff the console per shift schedule and monitor signals: cluster health, node availability, network health, storage alarms, thresholds.
• Acknowledge pages within SLA; classify and log disposition; feed noise patterns back to SRE for quality improvement.
• Detect, verify, and escalate within time budgets; manage the escalation matrix and correct paging on first attempt.
• Open and run incident bridges; manage communications and incident timelines in real time; call out ownership stalls.
• Produce first-pass RCA framing and hand to SRE/HFA for depth; avoid publishing root cause.
