Job summary

StratasCorp seeks a seasoned NOC Director to lead MNOC East and West, ensure 24x7x365 readiness, and drive modernization of MSC network services and cloud environments. The role oversees secure facilities, SATCOM, and enterprise IT with executive stakeholder engagement.

The candidate will manage geographically dispersed teams, mentor staff to meet security and certification requirements, and coordinate cross-government and contractor operations to sustain mission-critical services.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise network operations, cybersecurity, or Navy C4I systems.
• 10+ years of experience in NOC management or senior technical leadership.
• Experience managing 24x7x365 operations and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong technical understanding of Navy communications systems, SATCOM, network security, and afloat IT architectures.
• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements, RMF, STIGs, and IA controls.
• Excellent executive briefing, technical documentation, customer engagement, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operational teams and maintain service continuity in mission-critical environments.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead MNOC East and MNOC West ensuring continuous 24x7x365 operations.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, sustainment of MNOC, FLTNOC, and cloud systems.
• Ensure operational support for MSC afloat IT, SATCOM, and network management.
• Direct operations within secure accredited facilities for MSC afloat enterprise network ops.
• Maintain communications guard services and delivery of C2OIX messaging services.
• Ensure Tier II help desk support for MSC afloat units and HQ staff.
• Manage network utilization, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
