StratasCorp is seeking a NOC Director in Chesapeake, VA, to lead the Network Operations Centers for MSC and future FLTNOCs. You will ensure 24x7 operational readiness, cybersecurity, and modernization of network services, satellites, and afloat IT capabilities.

The role requires active Top Secret clearance, 15+ years in enterprise network ops or Navy C4I, and 10+ years in NOC leadership, with strong executive briefing and stakeholder coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 15+ years in enterprise network operations or Navy C4I systems.
• 10+ years in NOC management or senior technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of Navy communications systems and afloat IT architectures.
• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity RMF/STIGs and IA controls.
• Excellent executive briefing and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead MNOC East and MNOC West operations ensuring 24x7x365 uptime.
• Oversee MNOC, FLTNOC, and cloud-based systems sustainment and cybersecurity.
• Manage executive customer relationships and coordinated government/contractor teams.
• Guide modernization initiatives and enterprise IT modernization efforts.
• Mentor Tier II staff and maintain required certifications and security eligibility.
