Job summary

The Orchards Health Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time and part-time night shifts (11PM-7AM, NOC) with rotating days off. Compensation ranges from $26–$27 per hour, with guaranteed 40 hours, full benefits, 401k with match, commuter reimbursement, and opportunities for daily pay and tuition assistance.

The CNA assists licensed nursing staff with daily living activities and direct patient care, ensuring comfort and safety in a CMS-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of CNA Competency Program with current California certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services within residents' activities of daily living.
• Document resident information per shift and report changes to charge nurse.
• Participate in mandatory in-services and maintain certification renewal as required.
• Assist supervisor and other staff as needed.
