Job summary

Cascades at Orchard Park in Orem, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night shifts. Join a supportive team that values growth and patient care.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, respond to call lights, monitor dietary needs, and document care in accordance with regulations. On-the-job training provided.

Tuition reimbursement up to $500/month toward nursing program, plus benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• Compassionate communication with residents and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents while in bed.
• Provide physical support with activities of daily living.
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences for proper diets.
• Record food and fluid intake/output as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff.
• Build relationships with residents to ensure comfort and dignity.
