Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.

• Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents while in bed.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Follow dietary restrictions and monitor intake/output as needed.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Build rapport with residents to ensure comfort and dignity.
