Job summary

Sullivan Park Senior Living is seeking compassionate care staff to support residents throughout shifts. You will assist with daily activities, escort residents, and help prepare rooms and supplies for treatments and meals.

Responsibilities include accurate charting, reporting changes to the nursing team, protecting resident privacy, and contributing to a warm, safe environment. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $22.50 per hour, with part-time and full-time options available.

Qualifications

• Identify residents before treatments and meals to ensure proper care.
• Record data and report changes in residents' conditions promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and comply with policies.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Support a clean, safe, and respectful care environment on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments and meals.
• Greet and escort residents to their rooms and introduce them to roommates.
• Assist with packing, transport, and room transfers as needed.
• Record notes accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Observe for pressure areas, skin issues, and report concerns to the Nurse.
• Follow policies on blood/body fluid exposure and confidential information.
