Job summary

White Pine Innovations, part of the Seneca Nation Group portfolio, seeks a Network Operations Center Analyst I to deliver Tier I IT support in a 7x24 environment. You will manage incidents, coordinate with users, and drive resolution via the Remedy system while maintaining high service levels.

The role emphasizes problem recognition, research, and timely communication, with a training period before transitioning to a regular Mon-Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Public Trust clearance is required.
• BS in Computer Science or an AA in Technology plus 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• 5 years' experience in data center support or related field.
• Ability to administer Linux, Windows, and Mainframe systems.
• Knowledge of networks, switches, and storage appliances.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I support.
• Manage incidents and service requests lifecycles.
• Communicate status updates to customers and address questions.
• Document issues and outcomes; maintain logs and journals.
• Perform ticket management in Remedy system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution.
• Oversee data center security and access control.
• Support Disaster Recovery exercises.
• Participate in process improvements and QA activities.
• Handle shift turnover and daily activity notes.
