Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic TCP/IP connectivity and addressing issues.
• Investigate DNS resolution and DHCP addressing problems.

Level 1 NOC Analyst / Network Support TechnicianPosition Overview

We are seeking a Level 1 NOC Analyst / Network Support Technician to provide frontline monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident support for enterprise and industrial network environments.

This role is ideal for someone with foundational networking experience who can methodically troubleshoot connectivity issues, manage support tickets, follow documented procedures, and elevate effectively to Network or Security Engineers. The environment is highly process-driven, and success depends just as much on documentation, communication, and follow-through as technical knowledge.

The position provides exposure to networking, network security, operational technology (OT), and industrial infrastructure while working alongside experienced engineering resources.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
