What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, addressing their needs and characteristics
- Analyze customer and territory sales trends to strategize sales activities and achieve goals
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Identify and engage prospective customers, converting them from competitors
- Report on product issues and competitive strategies affecting local sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in dental or medical devices
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
