Job summary

Imagine360 is seeking a Supervisor for NSA Operations to lead a team coordinating with providers, third-party organizations and CMS to ensure fair and timely payments through IDR processes. You will implement process improvements, conduct regular one-on-one sessions, monitor productivity, and guide escalated cases while ensuring compliant, member-friendly service across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare/health insurance or customer service experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of CMS1500 and UB04 Medical Claim Forms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Oversee NSA claim negotiations and IDR processes
• Train and manage direct reports with regular 1-on-1 meetings
• Monitor productivity and coach staff on escalated cases
• Develop and maintain department policies and procedures
• Collaborate with managers and external partners to optimize workflows
