Qualifications

• 2+ years of No-Fault / PIP litigation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF editing, case management software, and NYSCEF.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from intake through trial and arbitration.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and arbitration submissions.
• Collect, organize, and summarize medical records and discovery documents.
• Analyze fee schedules, coding disputes, and coverage issues.
• Coordinate filings and monitor deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, providers, and counsel as directed.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation.
