Qualifications

Responsibilities
Manage litigation files from intake through trial and arbitration.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and arbitration submissions.
Collect, organize, and summarize medical records and discovery documents.
Analyze fee schedules, coding disputes, and coverage issues.
Coordinate filings and monitor deadlines.
Communicate with clients, providers, and counsel as directed.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation.
