Job summary

Rivkin Radler LLP in Uniondale, NY (also Albany) seeks an associate with a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience to join our No Fault (PIP) defense litigation practice.

Typical duties include handling files from inception through trial, drafting motions and pleadings, preparing discovery and reports, and making court or arbitration appearances. Hybrid schedule requires three in-office days per week with two remote days.

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an associate with a minimum of 1 years of litigation experience to join our No Fault (PIP) defense litigation practice to in our Uniondale, Long Island or Albany office.

The annualized salary range for this position is $125,000 to $155,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
