Qualifications

• No truss-building experience required; paid training provided.
• Must have a stable work history and dependable attendance.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and perform 10-12 hour shifts.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof and floor trusses using production equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Learn to read and accurately build from engineered production drawings.
• Focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Collaborate with a driven team to meet production goals.
• Fulfilling daily machine and area cleanup procedures.
