Pyramid Healthcare in Radford, VA is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients in recovery and to work closely with the clinical team in a safe, therapeutic environment.

No prior behavioral health experience is required; a high school diploma or GED and a compassionate, dependable attitude will help you start a meaningful career with us. We offer 12‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with shift differentials and growth opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and support new clients as they enter treatment
• Help clients navigate their daily schedules and activities
• Provide encouragement and support as clients work toward their treatment goals
• Monitor client behavior and emotional well-being
• Respond appropriately when clients need additional support
