Job summary

Creatio is seeking a No-Code Business Analyst to join the Industries Solutions Engineering Team. You will leverage the Creatio platform to deliver CRM capabilities with no-code tools, creating app UIs and automating server logic while researching business needs and validating solutions with stakeholders.

You’ll work on web services, webhook configurations, database design, and user story decomposition, collaborating with QA and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and gathering requirements to shape product features.
• Knowledge of BPMN and database concepts for data modeling and relationships.
• Experience with no-code tools to create UI and automate processes.
• Strong communication in English and collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Create application UIs using no-code designer tools and drag-and-drop interfaces.
• Develop server logic automation with no-code tools and BPMN-friendly diagrams.
