Creatio is seeking an innovative Business Analyst to join our No-Code Development Team. You will leverage the Creatio platform to build no-code applications, conduct market research, and translate insights into product requirements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to decompose stories, model processes with BPMN, and ensure high-quality outcomes through collaboration with QA and stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and gathering business requirements.
• Strong understanding of database concepts including SQL basics and data relationships.
• Solid BPMN notation skills to model business processes.
• Experience in software development or IT projects as a business analyst.
• Hands-on experience configuring information systems via UI-based tools.
• Good grasp of integration methods and data structures for no-code solutions.
• Fluent English for interviews and collaboration with international stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Create application UIs with no-code designer tools using drag-and-drop interfaces.
• Develop server logic automation with no-code BPM tools to implement complex workflows.
• Create web services and design RESTful APIs and SOAP interfaces for system integration.
• Configure webhook services with proper authentication and logging for secure communication.
• Design database structures using Creatio Objects designer for scalable data models.
• Decompose user stories into executable no-code tasks.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product improvement through industry trends.
• Interview end users or solution consultants to gather customer requirements.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure both manual and automated testing of solutions.
• Use Git/SVN for version control to manage application changes.
