Skilled Wound Care in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Wound Care Physician to lead wound care initiatives across skilled nursing facilities. This role offers a no-call Monday–Friday lifestyle, with optional part-time or full-time schedules and generous compensation based on per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonuses.

The ideal candidate will possess an MD or DO, valid license to practice in Florida, and willingness to receive training in wound care and procedures.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Use advanced dressings and follow specialized wound care protocols.
