Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Vascular Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives across skilled nursing facilities. The role offers a no-call lifestyle, Monday–Friday schedules, and employment as full-time or part-time with per-patient and per-procedure pay structures.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO with an unrestricted state license and DEA eligibility. You will perform debridement and bedside procedures, collaborate with post-acute teams, and benefit from a streamlined

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the practicing state.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• No prior wound care experience required; comprehensive wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and bedside debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds, including arterial, venous and diabetic ulcers.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings, with patient follow-up through healing.
