Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Pittsburgh, PA seeks General Surgeons to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This no-call role offers Monday–Friday schedules with Part-time or Full-time options and a compensation structure based on per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonuses.

You’ll maintain core surgical skills—debridement and bedside procedures—while enjoying clinical autonomy in a non-hospital setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license: Or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background welcomed; no prior wound care experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings.
