Job summary

Skilled Wound Care seeks a General Surgeon to join our Fort Worth team. This role emphasizes wound care leadership with no-call weekday schedules and clinical autonomy.

You will perform surgical debridement, bedside procedures, and collaborate with SNFs to guide healing, while enjoying a predictable Monday–Friday schedule and modern documentation tools.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and active medical license in TX or eligibility
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (TX)
• DEA license or eligibility for a surgeon practicing wound care
• No required prior wound care experience; training provided

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures
• Evaluate and treat chronic wounds and complex cases
• Utilize advanced dressings and wound protocols
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities to monitor healing
