Skilled Wound Care in Washington, DC is seeking a General Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This role offers a no-call, Monday–Friday schedule with part-time or full-time options, letting you practice surgery without the typical hospital on-call burden.

You will perform debridement and bedside procedures, manage chronic wounds, and collaborate with post-acute teams. Licensed MD or DO required; training provided for wound care.

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted state medical license (or eligible to obtain one).
• DEA license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Open to surgeons from all backgrounds; wound care training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Surgical and sharp debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings.
