Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Manhattan, NY is seeking Bariatric Surgeons to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This no-call role offers clinical autonomy and weekday hours, with no nights or weekends.

Full-time or part-time options exist; full-time pay ranges from $250,000 to $500,000 per year, with per-patient and per-procedure pay plus quarterly bonuses. MD or DO, board-eligible, and NY license required. We provide training and a supportive, equal-opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution. Must be board-eligible.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
• Open Background: we welcome Bariatric Surgeons and surgeons of all backgrounds; wound care training provided

Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings
