Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a HS Diploma or GED with 1+ years of customer or sales experience, teller training on hire, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience working with customers and/or sales preferred.
• Notary License preferred.
• Teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Legendary experience by helping customers, building relationships, and delivering service and advice.
• Understands and supports the Bank's Customer Service Strategy; delivers end-to-end advisory care.
• Acts as a brand ambassador and educates customers on self-service banking options.
• Provides consultative support and makes referrals to appropriate team members or partners.
• Handles teller transactions and collaborates with teammates to ensure smooth branch operations.
