Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings seeks an Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) in Arlington, Virginia to support IT initiatives for government personnel. The ACTR is responsible for managing software and hardware issues, providing technical training, and facilitating communication within the organization.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess three years of experience in IT, along with active SECRET clearance. In addition to a competitive salary, employees receive benefits including a 401K plan, medical insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and three years of IT experience, or Associate Degree plus four years of relevant work.
• Active SECRET clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Order new NMCI seats as directed by the Government.
• Assist with technical refreshes of NMCI assets.
• Provide guidance and training regarding NMCI matters.
• Manage classified materials as directed by the Government.
