Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services is seeking a Regional Manager for New Mexico to oversee the operational and financial performance of all practices in the region, supervising Practice Managers in strategic planning, staffing, and office management.

The Regional Manager may be assigned duties by the VP of Operations, COO, CEO, or other members of Executive Management, and will work closely with leadership to advance company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing multiple dental practices preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and financial performance of regional practices.
• Attract, retain, and motivate Practice Managers; supervise scheduling and staffing.
• Coordinate with VP of Operations, COO, CEO and executive management on goals and standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain monthly operations reporting.
