Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer Level 1 to design, develop, train, and deploy NLP and multilingual ML models. You will work with data scientists and engineers on the full ML lifecycle, including training, evaluation, deployment, and optimization.

The role requires hands-on experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch/Hugging Face, Marian, and AWS SageMaker, plus strong Java/C/C++ programming and secure deployment practices. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing, training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying ML models.
• Experience with language model architectures and evaluation practices.
• Experience with Marian and multilingual model development.
• Experience using deep learning containers and GPU technologies.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models using AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3).
• Experience integrating ML models into production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ML algorithms and models for NLP and multilingual applications.
• Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize language models with emphasis on NLP.
• Develop and enhance Marian-based MT and multilingual language model solutions.
• Select datasets for training and evaluation; apply statistical methods to assess performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy scalable model deployment pipelines.
• Support full-stack integration and production sustainment of ML models.
