Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in data science, AI/ML Engineering, Agentic AI, AI Product Management, or related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Biomedical Informatics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Python, SQL, git, and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas).
• Experience with NLP and LLM benchmarks, retrieval, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Product Discovery & Stakeholder Alignment: translate ambiguous needs into technical user stories.
• Backlog & Roadmap Prioritization for regular deliveries.
• Requirement Specifications: create clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Adoption & Change Management: demo features, run enablement sessions, gather feedback, measure adoption.
• Exploratory Data Analysis on structured/unstructured data.
• Pipeline Integration: work with Data Engineering to productionize prototypes.
• Validation: establish evaluation metrics and confirm performance against business needs.
