You will help ensure responsible AI practices, reduce risks, and promote regulatory compliance while collaborating with global teams in a remote EU setup.

Qualifications

Proven experience in AI Ethics, Responsible AI, or AI Governance.
Strong understanding of ethical frameworks, data protection principles, and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model behaviors, and the impact of algorithmic biases.
Experience conducting AI audits, risk analysis, or compliance reviews.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ethical guidelines for AI development and deployment.
Evaluate AI systems for bias, fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Work closely with AI/ML teams to ensure responsible model design and data usage.

About the Role

Codertal is looking for a thoughtful and knowledgeable AI Ethicist to guide the ethical development, deployment, and governance of AI systems. You will ensure fairness, transparency, accountability, and alignment with human values across AI-powered solutions.

Your work will help Codertal’s international clients adopt responsible AI practices, reduce risks, and design systems that prioritize societal wellbeing and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
