Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an ML Engineer (NLP) to design and implement advanced NLP systems, connecting the latest machine learning breakthroughs with practical business applications. You will build scalable pipelines and ensure accuracy and scalability for complex linguistic tasks.

You will work on models like BERT, T5, and GPT families, integrate LLMs into production, and collaborate with data teams to meet performance targets. Excellent English and 4+ years of NLP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing NLP models using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Deep understanding of text representation techniques, including tokenization and embeddings.
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers and the BERT/T5/GPT model families.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their application in classification tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
